KMIT Solutions: offers a new release of KMWare called FocusPoint360°. Release 2.0 offers considerable improvements and enhancements to the existing system modules.

FocusPoint360° Edition offers additional features critical to the efficient operation of your organization.
All reporting has been moved to its own module to streamline searches. Reporting has been clearly documented and categorized. New user definable queries are available for users to create and save for collaboration within the organization.
Resource capacities are now shared among Events, Bookings and Groups. General admissions can now share these resources. An organizational master consolidated calendar is provided to simplify scheduling.
Customer invoicing option has been implemented.
Email is fully integrated for notifications and customer confirmations.
Email blast is available to send out mass notifications. Example: Membership letters
Kiosks, physical inventory process, End of month automations added for inventory and membership analysis.

The highlights are :

Back office reporting provides 157 standard reports with 275 out put options. Full documentation exists that summarizes all reports and displays both sample selection screens and output samples. All reporting has been moved to one section for simplistic searching. Report names have been made more descriptive. FocusPoint360° provides User definable queriesthat have been added to allow users to customize selection options and specified output fields. These can be saved and shared with other users. Reporting is viewable before printing or export to PDF, CSV or Excel. Additional reporting options can be made available including Management dashboard creation.
Scheduling and resource capacity: Many organizations have limited resources: these can be guides, teachers, seating in a room or theater, or event capacities. These resources need to be shared by the Event planning group, the Education office, scheduling departments and general admissions. FocusPoint360 has been updated to allow resource sharing across all modules. Thus your departments are able to see what events, groups and bookings have been scheduled (calendar view) as well as what capacity is still available. This new feature will greatly improve the scheduling areas of your organization
Invoicing has been implementing allowing sales transactions to be completed by invoicing the balance to the customer. The accounting interface has been improved to generate Deferred Revenue and Revenue Redemption when the transactions occur. Customer terms can be established. Invoices can be emailed directly to accounts.
Email integration has been expanded to send alerts to specific groups / users within your organization. An example would be sending the Admissions check-in desk the daily list of groups, events and bookings scheduled for the day with the contact information, counts and any balance due.
SQL triggers are available to execute jobs on defined schedules. This feature can be very useful for running end of month inventory files that can be used for analytics or end of period Membership listings. These triggers can be set up for virtually any job.
Physical inventory: Improvements to inventory loads to capture UPC codes, create EOM inventory files and provide cycle counting methods are now available. FocusPoint360° prints shelf tags, product tags and barcodes for streamline checkout. Audit trails are now available for average cost analysis.
