KMIT’s Focus Point 360 product has provided Woodland Park Zoo with quicker transaction times at the front entries for both ticket and membership sales, and a real-time integration for purchases made online (admission and membership) that are then ready for immediate scanning afterwards/upon guest’s arrival. The software system was incredibly adaptable with numerous types of hardware we had on hand and in use already, making for a smooth and less costly transition. The stability and consistency of the system’s day-to-day operation has been a dramatic change for us, for the better. When we do find we need emergency support from the KMIT team it is answered very quickly and handled and/or resolved well.
The ongoing and dedicated support we have received from the entire KMIT team has been what stands out the most. Every single person you work with from KMIT is exceptional – smart, open-minded, dependable and a joy to work with.
A large project like switching to a new software system isn’t ever going to be all smooth sailing, but KMIT’s willingness to listen, understand, and adjust to our needs when we felt there was a software shortcoming has been a very big plus.
